About Course

This proof-based geometry course covers concepts offered in a full-year geometry course. This course is designed to emphasize the study of the properties and applications of common 2D and 3D geometric figures. It emphasizes writing proofs to solve (prove) properties of geometric figures. The course provides students an opportunity to develop mathematical reasoning, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving techniques to investigate and explore geometry. Typically, students who complete Geometry take Algebra 2 next.
