Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Avatar Learning Center is committed to protecting the privacy of student records and any personal information obtained at the time of enrollment or on our online platform.

We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via Portal, email, or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. All collected information is used exclusively for the purpose of providing quality math education to our students.


In order to enroll a student to Avatar Learning Center parents/guardian must first complete an enrollment form. During the enrollment, a parent/guardian is required to give certain information (such as name, mailing address, and email address). This information is used to contact parent about child’s academic progress, safety in case of emergencies, or any other communication related to your child’s classes at an Avatar Learning Center portal.

Accessing Student Portal

A valid student or parent Google mail is required to login to a Student Portal. If a Google mail account is not available, Avatar Learning Center will open an account for a student, which shall be used only for Avatar Learning Center school purposes. No data entered by students is shared outside of Avatar Learning Center.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

  • Change/correct any data we have about you
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
