Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Avatar Learning Center is committed to protecting the privacy of student records and all personal information obtained at the time of enrollment or through our online platform.
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide — through the Student Portal, by email, or through other direct contact. We maintain full control of this information and will never sell or rent it to anyone. All information we collect is used exclusively to deliver quality math education to our students.
Registration
To enroll a student at Avatar Learning Center, a parent or guardian must complete an enrollment form. This requires providing basic contact information — including name, mailing address, and email address.
This information is used solely to:
- Keep parents and guardians informed of their child's academic progress
- Reach you quickly in the event of an emergency
- Send class-related communications about your child's enrollment
Accessing the Student Portal
A valid Google account is required to log in to the Student Portal. If a student or parent does not have one, Avatar Learning Center can create an account on their behalf. That account will be used for academic purposes only and will not be used for any other activity.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You have the right to manage your personal information at any time. By contacting us, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update any inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal or operational requirements
- Raise any concern about how your data is being used
